care e buna si in ca cantitate

Spirulina pudra, eu pun 1% in mixtura (atunci cand o folosesc), sau Spirulina sticks care este oferita discusilor ca supliment.

Eu pun in mixtura intre 10 si 25 g/kg.
Mai sunt si hranuri care contin multa spirulina dar trebuie sa le accepte si discusii...
